SHIPPING & RETURNS

UK ORDERS

Royal Mail next day delivery (Monday-Thursday) £5.99 - delivered within 1 working day.

Royal Mail standard delivery (Monday-Saturday) £3.50 - delivered within 2-6 working days.

Saturday delivery: £5.00 (Ordered by 2pm Friday) delivered on Saturdays.

This is based on orders placed by 2pm GMT. Orders placed after this time will by processed the next working day.

All Next Day Delivery orders must be ordered by 2pm to receive next day.

Any orders placed with Next Day Delivery after 2 pm Friday or on Saturday/ Sunday will be dispatched Monday.

These timescales are an estimation not a guarantee and can be subject to delays by the courier which is out of our control. 

If you qualify for a free shipping promotion and return your order and no longer meet the minimum spend for the free shipping discount after returning, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Orders totalling £300 and above will be sent with special guaranteed delivery and cover. If you return more than 50% of your order £5.00 will be deducted from your refund.

Any orders placed after 2pm GMT Friday or on a Saturday/ Sunday will be dispatched Monday.

Please note you may need to pay duties and taxes when your items arrive which depends on the shipping destination. We do not cover any duties and taxes and it is the customers responsibility to pay any charges.

If your parcel is not collected and is returned via courier there is a £5.00 charge deducted from your refund.

RETURNS

RETURNS INFORMATION

Unfortunately as a small business we are unable to offer free prepaid returns at this time and we hope to be able to offer this in future! All returns are to be paid for by the customer.

Please return items in original packaging (you will be charged £3 per missing bag if you return items without packaging), in an unused condition ensuring all tags/hygiene labels are undamaged and left on each item. A deduction of £2.00 is applied to each return as a handling fee.

As a swimwear business we follow a strict returns regime for hygiene purposes. Any items found to be worn or in a condition that prevents us being able to resell the item (damaged, marked or soiled in any way or arrives with an odour etc) will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. If we suspect the hygiene seal has been removed in any way we will not accept the item back. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, prevent the resale of the item or do not meet the above criteria.

If your return is rejected it will be sent back to the original address and you will be required to pay the shipping cost of this return or returns post will be deducted from your refund. We send returns that have been rejected back to original address via Royal Mail standard shipping (£3.00).

We advise to send all returns tracked and signed for as we can not be responsible for any items lost in transit. 

Please note we do not accept returns on items priced £15.00 and under or any jewellery or sunglasses!

UK RETURNS

All returns for a refund must reach us within 14 DAYS from the delivery date (includes date of delivery), after this your return will potentially be returned back to you. In some circumstances a store credit code may be issued.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and wont be included in your refund!

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

To initiate a return request simply email info@gianelle.co.uk with your order number and items you wish to return (please note you can not initiate a return via instagram). Once your return is authorised (please allow up to 1-2 working days for authorisation) we will then provide you with the returns address! Please ensure you have thoroughly read the information below before emailing us.

If you do not log the return with us via our returns email system and we received your return without prior approval, we will charge a handling fee of £3 (this will be deducted off of your refund).

We aim to process all returns within 7 working days of reaching us, please note your bank may take up to 7-14 working days to process back to your account depending on your bank once processed! 

Please ensure your return contains your name and order number inside. If your return arrives with no name or order number inside we will not be able to process your return.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. We can exchange sizes for final sale items but this is dependent on stock availability. Sale items are marked as ‘on sale’.

SUNGLASSES AND JEWELLERY

All sunglasses and jewellery are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be done within 14 days from delivery date for UK customers only! Please email us on info@gianelle.co.uk to arrange an exchange!

If you are exchanging an item shipping must be paid again unfortunately we can not cover the cost of shipping out the new item.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

All returns must reach us within 14 days from the delivery date, unfortunately we can not accept returns for refunds after this timeframe. You can return your order for store credit within 20 DAYS from delivery of your parcel. We do not cover the cost to return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and wont be included in your refund.

International returns need to state UK RETURNED GOODS. We do not cover any duties and taxes for international returns.

LATE RETURNS

The customer is responsible for any issues with delivery of returns and it is up to the customer to ensure the return gets back to us on time.

If a parcel is sent back to us late this may be rejected or a credit note may be issued.

STORE CREDIT 

If you miss the returns deadline and store credit only is offered you will only be allowed to send your items back for store credit again we do not offer refunds on store credit orders. Please note store credit does not cover cost of shipping, this will need to be repaid.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have a faulty item or are missing an item please email info@gianelle.co.uk WITHIN 48 HOURS of you receiving your parcel and our customer service team with assist with any queries. 

We thoroughly quality check all products before shipping to ensure no damage/faults. However if you do receive an item which is damaged and do not report this as soon as you receive the item we will investigate for forceful damage. If a fault is reported after 48 hours we are only able to offer a replacement or store credit.

MISSING ORDERS

Missing orders must be reported within 48 hours of the parcel being marked as delivered in order for us to be able to retrieve the parcel via our courier. After this time frame we are only able to offer a replacement.
